CORESO organised and facilitated five collective intelligence online workshops with different teams from Erdgas Ostschweiz (EGO) to promote a better working environment.
Erdgas Ostschweiz (EGO) has a long tradition in its human resources policy of analysing the working environment every year and finding ways to improve it. Traditionally, employees were asked about their appreciation through surveys and face-to-face discussions. This year, EGO's management team sought a new, innovative and COVID-compliant way to conduct this annual analysis.
In the pursuit of an innovative solution, EGO management team asked CORESO to plan and facilitate online workshops with five of its teams. Our team ran these workshops through our own collective intelligence tool (CT), which allowed all participants to contribute with their ideas anonymously. Within 2- to 3-hour interactions, we identified relevant issues for each team and brainstormed possible solutions to address them.
