Our co-CEO, Florian Chávez, participated in a second roundtable hosted by the Equal-Salary Foundation in Zurich on 24 February. This event brought together key stakeholders to discuss the impact of integrating the Logib Analysis Tool into the Equal-Salary certification process and to share first experiences.
During the roundtable, Florian highlighted the recognition of the Logib Analysis Tool as an advantage that can help accelerate the certification process for organisations. This is beneficial both for organisations that are already familiar with Logib and may already have their data in the Logib format, and for organisations wishing to obtain an initial Equal-Salary label. This initial label validates the reliability of the results obtained with Logib's Module 1 through a rigorous statistical analysis, following the same standards and procedures as the official controls carried out by the Swiss federal and cantonal authorities. Furthermore, the resulting Logib documentation can then be used by companies in Swiss public procurement as well.

These outcomes can guide companies in their efforts to close the gender pay gap within their organisations and set an example for others to follow.
