CORESO reinforces its collaboration with the Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE) alongside key partners in the field of equal pay: Ecoplan, R-G, Büro BASS, Büro A&O, HR conScience, Comp-ON and more. Under this consortium, a multi-year contract to conduct official controls has been awarded to all actors involved.
Since 2021, our team has been supporting the FOGE as external experts in federal and cantonal equal pay controls relating to public procurement and subsidies. This recent public tender awarded to the consortium demonstrates renewed confidence in our expertise, and that of the entire pool of experts, and reinforces our commitment to gender equality in the workplace.
Beyond compliance checks, our team continues to invest in broader equality projects, and to develop practical tools to help employers identify and act on areas for improvement in an effort to eliminate inequalities within their organisations.
